Posted rates. Day count in writing.
We walk your property, tell you how many days it will take, and put it in writing before the machine comes off the trailer.
Pick the rate that fits the job.
Every rate includes the machine and an operator. Bigger jobs get a better daily rate.

Day count in writing
We walk the property first and give you the number of days in writing. If we finish early, you pay for the time we worked.
2-day minimum past 30 miles
Jobs more than 30 miles out have a 2-day minimum. Multi-day contracts can go up to about 150 miles.
Why not per acre
An acre of grass and an acre of thick yaupon aren’t the same job. A per-acre price ends up wrong one way or the other, and usually not in your favor.
November & DecemberThe best time to clear is coming up.
Fall and winter are the best months to clear land in Texas. The ground is firm, the brush is bare, and there are fewer snakes and no nesting season. They’re also our lighter months, so book November or December and we’ll make it worth your while.
- Your rate locked in through the following year
- First priority on spring scheduling
- Better visibility means a tighter, faster job
