How to prepare for your walkthrough
A little preparation makes the walkthrough faster and the written day count more accurate.
Before we arrive
- Mark what stays. Tie flagging tape on the trees you want to keep.
- Know your boundaries. Find your corner pins or fence lines. Tell us about any survey stakes.
- Tell us what is underground. Wells, septic systems, buried lines and pipelines, if you know where they are.
- Check access. Gates, bridges, low-hanging limbs and soft ground that a trailer may not get past.
- Take photos. A few wide shots and a few close-ups of the thickest areas.
- Decide about the debris. Mulch left on the ground, or material hauled away. Hauling is quoted separately.
What you get from us
Ray walks the property with you. You agree the scope, and then you get the expected day count in writing before the work begins. Read how pricing works and see the rates.
