Deer leases, trails and shooting lanes

Make the lease easier to reach and easier to use. We open lanes, trails and access to blinds and feeders, and can include adjoining fence lines in the same project.

Cleared lane and trail on hunting land worked by B&B in Central Texas

What we clear

  • Shooting lanes
  • Trails and ranch roads
  • Blind and feeder access
  • Fence lines and easements
  • Food plot preparation

Set the route before we start

At the walkthrough we agree on the route, the width and the trees to keep. If you can drop pins or send photos of your blinds and feeders beforehand, the walkthrough goes faster.

Timing

Fall and winter are the usual rush for lease work. Calling early gives you a better choice of dates. We work Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm.

How a job runs

  1. You call. Tell us where the property is and what you want to keep or clear.
  2. Ray walks the property with you. You point out what stays and what goes.
  3. You get the day count in writing. The expected time is agreed before the machine is unloaded.
  4. We do the work. A B&B operator runs the machine.
  5. You pay for the time worked. If the job finishes early, the bill reflects it.

What affects the quote

Acreage, density, terrain and access all affect the time, and the time is what you pay for. Every machine rate includes an operator. If the job finishes early, you pay for the time worked. Read how our pricing works, use the estimator, or see how to prepare for the walkthrough.

Questions

Can you do just the lanes?
