Bring your builder into the conversation
Share your builder's or engineer's requirements before work begins: footprint, access and any grade or setback notes. We confirm what we are able to do at the walkthrough and put the expected time in writing. Anything beyond what we can do with our equipment, we will say so up front.

How a job runs
- You call. Tell us where the property is and what you want to keep or clear.
- Ray walks the property with you. You point out what stays and what goes.
- You get the day count in writing. The expected time is agreed before the machine is unloaded.
- We do the work. A B&B operator runs the machine.
- You pay for the time worked. If the job finishes early, the bill reflects it.
What affects the quote

Yes. Driveway preparation is part of site prep, and the route is agreed on site.
