Land clearing in Central Texas
Open space for the way you use your land. We agree on what stays, choose an approach that fits the terrain, and put the expected day count in writing before work begins.

- Operator included in every rate
- Rates published
- $2M general liability
- Mon to Sat, 7am to 7pm
What we clear
- Brush, small trees and stumps
- Homesites and pasture expansion
- Selective clearing around mature trees
- Overgrown corners, fence rows and old pastures
How a job starts
Call and tell us the town or county and what you want the land to do. Ray walks the property with you, you agree on the boundary of the work and the trees to keep, and then you get the expected day count in writing.
Every machine rate includes an operator. A ground hand with a chainsaw can be added for hand work around structures and fences.

How a job runs
- You call. Tell us where the property is and what you want to keep or clear.
- Ray walks the property with you. You point out what stays and what goes.
- You get the day count in writing. The expected time is agreed before the machine is unloaded.
- We do the work. A B&B operator runs the machine.
- You pay for the time worked. If the job finishes early, the bill reflects it.
What affects the quote
